Race Weekend Agenda

The health of our community and runners is a top priority, and you should know everyone involved with this event is a volunteer. 

Cancelation 

If this event is cancelled for any reason, at any time before October 1st 2024: Runners can choose to defer their registration to the 2025 event year or receive an 80% refund.  Registered participants will be notified by e-mail of any changes or cancellation. 

Friday October 4th – Registration

Location: 4012 - 53rd Ave St Paul AB - Reunion Station Grounds (outside)

  • 3:30pm to 8:30pm - Runner package pickup

  • 4:00pm to 8:00pm - Merchandise shop will be open

  • 4:30pm to 8:30pm - Unsupported runners drop bag drop off

  • 7:00pm - RD Racer info meeting

  • Supper, 4:30pm - 7:00pm - Fundraiser for Ecole Du Sommet. (pre purchased ticket suggested)

Saturday October 5th to Sunday October 6th 

Location: 4012 - 53rd Ave St Paul AB - Reunion Station Grounds

  • 6:10am to 6:55am – Solo and Leg One runners sign in. 

  • Late package pick up available. Team runners not running leg one. If you were not able to pick up Friday night please pick up after 7:30am

  • STAGGERED START TIMES - Your official time will start when you cross the timing chip Loop at the gate.

  • 6:45am - Race Brief for 100Mile Runners (Solo and Team)

  • 6:50am - 100Mile START (Solo and Team)

  • 6:55am - Race Brief for 100km Runners (Solo and Teams)

  • 7:00am - 100 Km runners bibs START (Solo and Team)

  • Reunion station will be manned all day to answer support team questions. (after 7:30am)

  • Merchandise table will be open all day 

Finishing!  

Location: 4012 - 53rd Ave St Paul AB - Reunion Station (Grounds)

  • Runners will be coming in from 4:30pm till 10:30am  Please come and hang out by the fire and cheer on the runners.

  • 8:00am - Breakfast catered by PS Catering.

  • 9:00am - Wrap up announcements and Awards Ceremony. (If you are unable to come to this ceremony you can pick up your finishing medal at the finish line)
